Soft Clamp FAQs
What work is Soft Clamp intended for?
Grip wrapped or soft-sided material across a documented 119–1,422 mm working range.
Will Soft Clamp fit every skid steer?
No. Confirm the loader make, model, serial number, rated capacity, and mounting interface before treating Soft Clamp as a candidate. A compatible coupler alone does not confirm suitability for the machine or job.
Which hydraulic or electrical details are needed for Soft Clamp?
If the attachment is powered, provide auxiliary flow and pressure, coupler type, case-drain requirement, electrical connector, and control method. These requirements must be checked against the carrier.
Which job details affect Soft Clamp selection?
Describe the material, required working width or capacity, target result, site conditions, obstacles, slope, and expected duty cycle. These details help determine whether the attachment configuration is appropriate.
What should I submit for a Soft Clamp quote?
Send the machine plate, coupler and hose photos, hydraulic and electrical information, attachment dimensions, intended job, and any readable labels or markings. Availability and final compatibility are confirmed during quote review.
